Personal training using free weights and body weight for resistance to gain strength and improve energy and fitness level. This is a customized training session that is private and developed purely around your fitness goals. We will explore a variety of techniques to discover what works best to motivate you and what works with your body type. This session can be one-on-one or in a small group setting with up to three people depending on your preferences. Adding a friend, or two, to your session will make it more economical and add a fun and challenging atmosphere that can benefit all. Same as above, but this session will combine resistance training using free weights and body weight exercises along with cardiovascular elements weaved into the workout. Cardio exercise is a crucial part of your overall fitness routine. If you're comfortable doing this on your own, and have the home equipment to fullfill this side of your workout, that's great. However, I understand that many don't have a home gym, nor feel comfortable going to a public gym.
