A little about me. I'm a native of De Pere, WI. Went to West De Pere High School, then attended UW-Madison where I received a Journalism degree. I worked in marketing for several years, then decided to go back to school for my MBA, which I received from UW-Oshkosh. After working in Marketing and Product Development for 31 years at the same company, I decided it was time to retire and pursue other passions. Health and fitness are high on the list of those interests.
While I was still working full-time, I had a personal trainer for 7 years. Although I began training one-on-one with my trainer, I found that it was entirely more enjoyable and affordable when I added a few friends and we trained as a group. When I decided it was time to strike out on my own, the concept of small group fitness training, in a private home gym setting, was the approach I wanted to pursue. That's how KrenkeItUp fitness was born.
